Why hiring a professional Is important!

Hiring your wedding photographer is a big task! My hope it that each client that hires me feels a since of relief! I hope they know that because they have hired me, I will help their day go as smoothly as I can!

Reason #1.

I help make your day as stress free as possible, because I am a professional.

I know it's in the name :) so it should be a given…… but it has taken time to fully understand the ebb and flow of a wedding day. While no two are the same, most have similarities and learning these have taught me exactly what being a wedding professional truly is.

To me being a professional means:

Speaking kindly

Prioritizing the bride and grooms needs/wants 

Staying on task (schedule)

&

Knowing how to perform these task

Being a team player

Maybe not in that order, but these are things that determine how I make decisions on your big day, sometimes they have to be made quickly which leads me to my next skill.

Reason #2. Experience

We have seen it all! 

So we have the needed experience.Professionals working in the industry have experienced many different personalities and situations. Some of them difficult. Speaking from my time photographing weddings I have learned from these things, in fact I have learned something from every single wedding. I have learned how to separate the nervous bride from her anxious mother, to making sure the guys getting ready are at the ceremony on time. 

There are so many little actions that become second nature to someone doing them over and over again. Being prepared and knowing what situations could arise on a wedding day is one of the greatest skills that I bring to table. 

Reason #3.Trust

Another important skill that I bring is built in trust, because of my experience I have a whole portfolio of beautiful images that support what I am saying. You can look through and see that I have dealt with unexpected lighting situations, crowed rooms, difficult family members. (J/k on that last one you shouldn’t be able to see that!) I now know how to light, direct, and move around most situations. 

Also you can trust me because others have. My clients have shared their experience with me and have some really sweet things to say.
